My Offerings
This work is built around one question: what would it feel like to be more fully yourself - not as an idea, but in your body, in your relationships, in the way you move through your life?
There are three ways we can work together.
Medicine-Assisted Therapeutic Retreats
Four or five days, residential. Carefully curated music, powerful bodywork, and therapeutic interventions support you in entering deep non-ordinary states where you can touch the deepest parts of yourself.
These retreats draw on shamanic and NARM-informed approaches, held in a consent-centred container. I co-facilitate groups of up to four on my own, and larger groups of up to 12 alongside one or two trusted co-facilitators. The work honours what arises for each person while providing meaningful support and intervention when needed.
Includes accommodation, meals, tobacco ceremonies, sharing circles, and an online integration call after the retreat.
UK and Europe. £1,250–£1,750 depending on duration and ticket type.
One-to-One Coaching
Twelve sessions of NARM-informed online coaching.
We meet weekly or fortnightly to explore - with curiosity rather than pressure - the patterns that keep you at a distance from your own life, gradually loosening what's held and finding what's underneath: your aliveness, your needs, your capacity for genuine connection.
Works well alongside a retreat or as a standalone journey.
Includes detailed session summaries and WhatsApp support between sessions.
£1,650.
Emergence Brotherhood
Seven-day initiatory trainings for men, with online offerings also available. Co-facilitated with Robbie Griffin across the UK, Spain, and North America.
This is immersive work - shadow, sexuality, power, grief, brotherhood. The full range, in the body.
For men done thinking about the problem and describing it - who are ready to meet themselves courageously.
£1,450+. Early bird and scholarship options available.
“These pathways can be combined. One-to-one coaching works particularly well as preparation for and integration of a retreat experience. Get in touch to discuss what might suit you.”
